  • During this meeting we will talk about: 

 * a timeline (your ideal timeline, a BLC available start date, and the expected duration of the project)

* Scope of Work for the project

* The budget for the project.

  • IMPORTANT NOTE: Please have a budget range in mind for your project. Having a realistic budget is very important for any project. We require an initial agreed-upon budget to proceed to have an onsite project meeting.

  • This typically takes one hour.

  • We will talk about all the project details

  • Collect all required measurements.

  • Collect pictures of the project area.

  • Answer any questions.

  • The goal of this meeting is to collaborate to create the scope of work.

  • The work order will now be created.

  • This typically takes two weeks to be emailed to you.

  • This will have the specific breakdown for materials and labor for each line item for your project and will be emailed to you along with our contractor's license, constructions insurance, and bond.

  • The Work Order Agreement will be sent via DocuSign.

  • You will now electronically sign the Docusign- those who want to sign in person can as well.

  • We will schedule a time to collect the start-up payment.

  • The start-up payment is 100% of the Material cost and 33% of the Labor cost.

  • We will schedule a start date.

  • Blueprints typically take one month to be created and revised with final approval.

  • Permits are submitted upon receiving final blueprints. Permits typically take one month to be approved for additions and custom homes.

  • Permits typically take one week to be approved for siding, decks, roofing, window/ door replacement, and interior renovations.

  • Typically it takes two weeks to have materials delivered to your home.

  • We begin projects after all materials are delivered to your home.

  • Custom Windows, Doors, and Cabinets take longer- typically 3-5 weeks to be delivered to your home.

  • Upon all materials being delivered to your home and on the scheduled start date, we will then begin work on your home.

  • During the process of completing your project, you will be in direct communication with the owner of Brothers Love Carpentry, Brother Grimes, through phone, text, and email.

  • The project is complete 110% with your complete satisfaction and joy.

  • The project site is clean from top to bottom.

  • We will do a walk-through, upon satisfaction, we will sign the Work Order Completion Signature Line.

  • You are covered by a lifetime warranty on all workmanship.

  • We are here for you, we care about what we do, and we care about you.
